Cancellation of AHM 2020 participation due to Coronavirus concerns
Symetal is sad to announce the cancellation of its participation in the 2020 Athens Half Marathon, scheduled to take place in September (originally scheduled to take place in March).
Our Company is obliged to cancel its forthcoming participation out of caution amidst uncertainty related to COVID-19. The global concern regarding the Coronavirus spread along with other circumstances make it hard for Symetal to attend AHM.
We feel downhearted following the decision of the cancellation of our participation in an athletic event where we have been actively participating in the past three years, but the Health and Safety of our runners and workforce in total is our highest concern.
