EcoVadis, the first collaborative platform providing supplier sustainability ratings for global supply chains, just granted Symetal with a gold recognition level for its performance on CSR-related areas. This is the second consecutive year that Symetal is awarded a gold recognition level, which ranks it among the top 5% suppliers evaluated by EcoVadis.

 

The EcoVadis CSR analysis system assesses 21 indicators across four themes, which cover CSR issues concerning the environment, labour practices & human rights, sustainable procurements and fair business practices.

 

This year, Symetal continues its progress compared to 2016 assessment, especially in the “Environment” key area. We are proud of this achievement as it confirms our goal for continuous improvement on environmental issues as well as our genuine commitment to sustainable development in general.
