Transition to ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management standard for Symetal's Foil Converting Plant
In February 2020, Symetal’s Foil Converting Plant received certification for compliance with the new ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management standard, issued by the licensed certification body TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) after demanding evaluation process. The new ISO 45001:2018 standard replaces the previous OHSAS 18001:2007 standard, currently the most widespread for Occupational Health and Safety Management.

The transition to the new ISO 45001:2018 for Symetal’s Foil Rolling Plant will have been completed by the end of 2020.
