Foil Rolling Plant’s transition to ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management standard
In July 2020, Symetal’s Foil Rolling Plant received certification for compliance with the new ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management standard, issued by the licensed certification body TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) after demanding evaluation process. The new ISO 45001:2018 standard replaces the previous OHSAS 18001:2007 standard, currently the most widespread for Occupational Health and Safety Management.

The Foil Rolling Plant’s transition to the new ISO 45001:2018 followed the Foil Converting Plant’s corresponding certification in February 2020.
